Kenya Juliana Soto M.S. LPC Associate, supervised by Jessica Limón M.S, LPC-S
Kenya Soto is a Spanish-speaking Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who helps individuals and families feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout their mental health journey. She earned her bachelor's in Psychology and master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Kenya's approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, built on empathy, collaboration, and a trusting therapeutic relationship. She tailors counseling to each client's unique needs and strengths, using developmentally appropriate interventions to help them build coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and navigate life's challenges.
Her experience includes working with children with ADHD and autism, adolescents, and families facing emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal challenges, as well as adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, and personal growth. As a Spanish-speaking counselor committed to culturally responsive care, she recognizes how family dynamics, cultural identity, and lived experience shape mental health — and works to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where meaningful change can begin.
