Ninette Kedeas, M.A., LPC-Associate Supervised by Angela Waggoner- LPC-S

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and no one should have to navigate life's challenges alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, valued, and safe enough to explore the experiences that have shaped you.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness, including bipolar and schizophrenia spectrum disorders, BPD, ADHD, ASD, OCD, and co-occurring substance use.

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to you. I draw from CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, person-centered and attachment-informed therapy, mindfulness, and strength-based interventions. Together we'll identify unhelpful patterns, process difficult emotions, and build practical tools for lasting emotional wellness.

I'm especially interested in how childhood experiences, attachment, and family dynamics shape our relationships and well-being — and in helping clients break those cycles for good. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
