Therapy with me feels like real talk—with purpose. I’m a proud Veteran, Spelman Alumna, and Black therapist serving the Houston community. I bring a unique blend of lived experience and clinical training to help children, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges—whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, couples challenges, or those personality patterns that just won’t budge. My approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Narrative Therapy. Together, we’ll focus on building self-awareness, aligning your life with your values, and making room for what truly matters—while also helping you re-author the stories that may have shaped your identity through pain or limitation. In our work, your experiences are honored, but they don't define your future. Clients often say our sessions feel like talking to a wise cousin at the family cookout—someone who truly sees you, hears you, and has the tools to help you grow. That’s exactly the space I strive to create: grounded, affirming, and deeply effective. I’m especially passionate about helping clients break generational cycles, reconnect with self-worth, and build legacies of resilience and joy. If you’re ready for change—and a therapist who keeps it real—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
